Living life. Dancing. Writing. Speaking in front of a crowd of strangers. Listening. Being a friend. Sleeping. Eating. Making other people happy.

Insecurity. Fear of failure. Inhibitions.

4. Why am I so stressed?

Life.

The people who are there despite knowing who I really am. So, unless you really know me, you’re a friend.

6. What makes me happy?

A big bear hug from the back. Chocolates. Coffee. Gummy bears and worms. A feel-good movie. A joke, gaano man siya ka corny. A smile. You.

7. Who inspires me?

My family. My friends. My mentors. Even strangers.

8. What do I need to change?

My alter ego. The dark, dirty, bitter side of me.

9. What do I need to let go of?

Grudges. Fatty food. The undying (and hopeless) dream of a perfect life. The want of impossible things. Him.

10. How can I be confident?

By smiling.
